Pecans

Roasted pecans for a scrumptious dessert. Perry put hers on top of her kale that she gently sauteed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar...the rest of us just chowed down on them warm from the oven...Liz, you would have to agree, this does not violate the dessert bet! Warm and cozy without sugar, Luke and I (and 20 others) are still in the game.

  1. Mmm, what is it about toasted nuts that just make them taste so fabulous?? I am on a toasted walnut kick right now. I put them in everything, my quinoa, my oatmeal, my salads, I can't get enough!
