Replenishing

Before and during the race, green juice, coconut water and water, in different strengths...a few hours after, well, almond butter, a Raw Revolutions spirulina bar, a cucumber and some string beans in the car, salad for dinner...the next day, replenishing with green beans fresh from the farmer's market chopped and added to Osceola lettuce...
Back to regular interesting rides on my old bike with the cushy seat, gathering farm vegetables and groceries at my leisure, fast energetic runs with an iPod to entertain me...a four year old is giving me a hairdo now...I am replenished and relaxed. Except, ouch, she isn't skilled with hair...
