I made a salad for lunch. I put tomatoes in it and artichoke hearts and olives and lettuce and red peppers. I cut some and my mom cut some. I used olive oil and balsamic vinegar as my dressing. Mom drizzled it over my salad for me. It tasted delicious. It was crunchy, the olives were a little salty. I have it every day for lunch. Susannah Zimmerman, Guest Blogger, 6 years old
